Responsibilities

As a US/UK Tax Manager you will:

• Manage a comprehensive and high-value client portfolio, focusing on US-connected individuals with complex wealth, income, trust, and estate structures.
• Provide strategic technical advice and sensitive planning solutions tailored to the unique cross-border requirements of international families.
• Deliver complete day-to-day project management, ensuring team performance targets, deadlines, and high client service expectations are met.
• Actively line-manage, mentor, and deliver appraisals for junior team members, developing both their technical tax capabilities and client management skills.
• Lead department work-planning sessions and actively participate in the broader operational management of the Trust and Family Wealth team.
• Play an entrepreneurial role in business development, deepening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities for the wider business.
