We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to support our meeting and event technology, building and managing content across event registration platforms, websites, event applications and onsite badge printing systems, specifically, but not limited to the Cvent platform.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in meeting or event planning with in-depth knowledge of the event technology space. The right candidate is tech-savvy and passionate about delivering seamless user experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in the meeting, incentive and event technology space
Proficient in building complex registration sites, exhibitor portals, and mobile applications
Able to utilize data in different applications as required
Excellent computer skills working in the Microsoft 365 environment
Ability to work collaboratively within internal and client team environment, creating and implementing event timelines for deliverables
Bridge communication between technology and non-technical stakeholders
Provide critical thinking to meet event needs, offering solutions and suggestions to improve the user’s experience
