In this development role you will provide support and cover for Treasury Operations processes with a primary responsibility for maintaining the global bank account register. You will work with treasury portals, internal stakeholders and global banks to ensure robust account administration and compliance with Treasury policies and GSK standard operating procedures.

What you'll do
- Support e‑banking administration across key treasury portals including HSBC, Citibank and Deutsche Bank.
- Lead annual user access reviews across all treasury banking platforms.
- Support the opening and closing of bank accounts in line with Treasury policies and global standards.
- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date connectivity between bank accounts and GSK accounting systems.
- Monitor compliance with Corporate Treasury policies across global markets and provide clear guidance where required.
- Ensure all activities are delivered in line with GSK Business Process Solution Designs and Global SOPs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support implementation of new tools or enhancements.
- Liaise with senior management to secure timely authorisations for changes to bank accounts or related administration.
- Build strong working relationships with global banking partners, documentation teams and back‑office colleagues.

- Experience managing bank account openings within a major corporate environment, with strong understanding of global banking requirements.
- Good knowledge of Treasury Operations, systems and end‑to‑end processes.
- High numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced IT capability, including experience with multiple e‑banking portals (HSBC, Citibank, Deutsche Bank) and Treasury/finance systems such as Quantum and SAP.
- Solid understanding of risks associated with bank account management and controls.
