About the role

ABC Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Maths Supply Teachers to support a range of secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to secondary school students
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN support where required
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment
• Cover lessons at short notice as part of our supply teaching network

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Mathematics Teacher you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple schools in Stoke-on-Trent
• Passion for inspiring students and raising achievement
• Hold or willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
